What motivated you to take the leap from full-time to freelancing?
The pandemic gave me the final push to explore freelancing. I felt pretty stifled in my full-time office job. In the job I had, I couldn’t embrace all the different parts of my identity. I came across Beech Valley during a late night search and I am so glad I did.
How did Beech Valley influence your career and life path?
The switch was night and day. Financially and personally my life has improved so much. I can now plan my projects around my life, whereas before I was planning my life around my projects.
