What motivated you to take the leap from full-time to freelancing?
My father passed away and I needed to be able to work remotely so I could help my mom. I have also always wanted to work in professional services and have been able to do so over the last year. Consulting with Beech Valley has given me the flexibility that I needed to take care of my family, but also the experience with a professional services firm that I can take with me for future roles.
